  • Driving licence details.
  • Contact data (email, phone, address).
  • Billing data and deposit pre-authorisation.
  • Operational data (pick-up / return location and time).

Performance of a rental contract, compliance with legal obligations (tax, insurance), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention).

Your rights
